These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. User Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account or place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. Pricing, Orders & Payments

  • Product prices, availability, and promotional offers are subject to change.
  • Taxes and shipping fees are calculated and clearly shown prior to checkout confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout. Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with tags intact in accordance with our returns policy.

4. Account Deletion & Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via Account Settings → Delete Account or via our Account Deletion Request page. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive activity.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AryaStack and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

Published under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Contact this person with any question about your personal data or to exercise your data rights.

If we do not resolve your complaint about how we handle your personal data, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. The Board expects you to have raised the matter with us first.
