Easy, Hassle-free Returns

At AryaStack, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, our returns process is simple and transparent — here's exactly how it works.

1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The window starts on the date your order is marked as delivered.

2. What's Eligible

  • Item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Include the invoice or your order ID with the return.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are always eligible — report them within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

3. How to Start a Return

Raise a return from Account → Returns or email support@example.com with your order ID and the reason for the return. We'll arrange a courier pickup or share the nearest drop-off details.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item passes our quality check, we initiate your refund.
  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer to your preferred account.

Published under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Contact this person with any question about your personal data or to exercise your data rights.

If we do not resolve your complaint about how we handle your personal data, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. The Board expects you to have raised the matter with us first.
