Getting Your Order to You

AryaStack ships across India through trusted courier partners. Here's what to expect after you place an order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order ships.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Other pincodes: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Timelines are estimates — weather, courier load, or remote locations can occasionally cause delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated based on your delivery location and shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

4. Delays & Undeliverable Packages

  • If a shipment is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll trace it with the courier.
  • Packages that can't be delivered after repeated attempts are returned to us — we'll reach out to re-ship or refund.

If we do not resolve your complaint about how we handle your personal data, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. The Board expects you to have raised the matter with us first.
